| Karlskirche is considered a masterpiece of European Baroque. The church has a 75 meter high dome decorated with wonderful frescoes by Johann Michael Rottmayr, which can be accessed by a lift available for visitors. The building was completed in 1739. It can be found in the 4th District of Vienna, on Karlsplatz, in the city center. |
